We want to share with you the good news regarding our ISO 9001 accreditation.
We have been readying ourselves for a 1 day recertification audit, this took place last Friday (23rd) with BSI. This ISO relates to our Management System which underpins the way in which the business operates; it is an internationally recognised standard.
The auditor, in their report, recognised the recent acquisition and in particular, the changes being implemented with respect to our operational and customer service tools, soon to be live.
The auditor concluded that there were no outstanding non-conformities to review from the previous assessments and no new non-conformities identified during the assessment.
The audit objectives were to ascertain the integrity of Kalamazoo’s management system over the current assessment cycle to enable recertification and confirm the forward strategic assessment plan.
We are pleased to announce that the auditor concluded that the audit objectives have been achieved and that Kalamazoo IT does fulfil the standards, the management system continues to achieve its intended outcomes.
