Lead Generation Specialist.
The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the regional sales team. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business potential via various methods
- Utilise mass communication such as phone calls, direct mail, email and social media to introduce our solutions and identify appropriate decision makers within target markets
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
- Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how our solutions will speak to those needs
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to help move opportunities through the sales funnel
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in our sales management tool, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached
- Engage with the marketing team to develop content and collaterals to be used to promote our solutions
Requirements:
- Experience or exposure to technology fields beneficial
- 1-3 years telemarketing experience as a minimum
- Experience with analysing and managing data with attention to detail
- Excellent client service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Knowledge of the IT industry a distinct advantage
- At least GCSE’s in English Language and Maths or equivalent
