We deliver break-fix hardware maintenance services to an agreed service level agreement (SLA) that fits your business requirements. You will benefit from a bespoke service delivered by a nationwide team of certified, multiskilled local engineers.

Why do you need this?

As IT departments face pressure to achieve more with the same resources, they struggle to balance innovation with keeping the lights on. Unfortunately, maintenance costs consume as much as 85 per cent of the tech budget, leaving little room for business transformation.
To help you free up more budget, we provide third-party maintenance (TPM) cover as an alternative to costly OEM support, particularly for out-of-warranty and end-of-life devices that are no longer eligible for direct vendor support. We have nine stock-holding locations, as well as UK-wide field engineers who have a 92 per cent first-time fix rate. All our engineers are directly employed, SafeContractor Approved and SC/NPPV3 cleared. Over the past 50-plus years, we’ve helped our clients reduce their hardware maintenance costs and downtime issues, saving them money on repeated repairs and increasing their productivity.
In addition to being a device-agnostic provider, we are a Lenovo-authorised repairer and a NetApp certified delivery partner.
