Kalamazoo is a well-known and highly respected IT brand in Birmingham and throughout the UK. Our company has a long line of history, dating back to 1886 when we first opened as a printing company, started by Oliver Moreland and Francis Impey. On a business trip to Kalamazoo, Michigan, Oliver saw a new loose-leaf binder and brought the idea back to the UK and started operating a forms printing business named after the town. Since the 1960s when Kalamazoo first transitioned into computer services, we have seen various mergers and acquisitions (Reynolds and Reynolds, Infosystems and ITS) which have developed into the brand we know today, Kalamazoo IT.
A Birmingham-based entrepreneur acquired the Northfield-based ITS (IT Specialists) from Reynolds and Reynolds Ltd in September 2018. This move has seen the return of a historic brand, Kalamazoo, to the IT marketplace. Read more about the acquisition >
Our HQ is situated in Birmingham, we have 9 spare part hubs located in the UK and field engineers stationed from Glasgow to Crawley. We offer our customers minimum downtime through various forms of Managed IT Services, hardware maintenance support and secure cloud services.
